Terms And Conditions

1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year.
2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes.
3. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership.
4. Monthly installments must be paid on or before the 10th of each month.
5. Payments can be made in cash , UPI , Account Transfer , debit or credit Card . Card Charge Applicable .
6. After making All the Instalments, Once Customer Purchase Item , Customer will get an OTP to close the Scheme .
7. Only one Instalment can be paid per month.
8. If an Instalment is missed , it can be paid in the following month .
9. Late payments will postpone the redemption date.
10. If a Customer wishes to purchase beyond the accumulated weight / amount , wastage charges will be applicable for the excess weight purchased.
11. Cash will not be refunded under any circumstances.
12. Order items purchasing in any scheme joined 50 % V.A applicable.
13. Irrespective of the scheme joined , Gold studded jewellery which includes Stones , Beads , Rasi Stones , Diamond etc charges applicable.
14. Irrespective of the scheme joined , Some V.A applicable for special items such as Nagas Items , Antique Fancy , Rosegold Fancy , Kumkum chimil , Thiru - Mangalam items etc .
